iB3 Skin-Tutorial start

Here is a list of the files that need changing to create your own skin. I figure there are three levels of difficulty when creating your own skins. The Beginners Level entails changing everything in the non-cgi/Skins folder which includes changing all the buttons, changing the board colours and altering the CSS file. The Intermediate Level also alters the board template. The Advanced Level means all the above plus altering every graphic throughout the board (including Admin Center graphics) and altering the HTML and Template files to completely change the look of the board. This tutorial currently only covers up to the Beginers Level.

I have tried to break this tutorial down into 3 parts. I suggest starting at number one and working your way to three.
